Opened on April 11, 2000, AT&T Park has quickly become recognized as one of the premier sports venues in the United States and one of San Francisco's finest landmarks.

Nestled on the water's edge and just a short walk from downtown, this beautiful $357 million ballpark provides the San Francisco Giants baseball team with a warm and intimate home and serves as an ideal gathering place for people from all over the world. Transportation:   AT&T Park is conveniently accessible by all public transit systems servicing the San Francisco Bay Area. The ballpark is adjacent to the N-Judah Muni Metro rail line, within a block of five Muni bus routes, just over a block from the CalTrain depot, and a 15-20 minute walk from BART. Interstates 280, 80 and 101 provide excellent auto access to the ballpark.
 
Parking:   Rates: Cars $20 - Lot A, D, 26, Pier 30/32, Pier 48 Oversized $50 - Pier 30/32, Bus Lot (next to Lot A) No ins and outs Spaces sold on a first come first serve basis for one vehicle only - no holding of space or pre-purchase of addition party spaces. Space is extremely limited in the City of San Francisco. We are therefore unable to sell additional spaces for "party spaces". Vehicles parked in two or more spaces will be ticketed for additional space. Permit must be visible on dash at all times. Hours Lots will open at 9 AM. Pier 48 parking is closed 1 hour after event ends. Vehicles left inside may be locked in. All lots will close by midnight December 27th. Vehicles left past this point may be ticketed. Tailgating Tailgating is permitted on Lot A, D and open air spaces located outside of Pier 48 are permitted on game day only. Tailgating is not permitted on Lot 26, Pier 30/32 or inside covered areas of Pier 48. Keep tailgating to your purchased space only. Tailgates must not block open parking stalls or drive lanes. Please observe and respect drive lanes and restricted areas on the lot. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level. No loud radios or sound amplification equipment permitted. All trash must be disposed in provided waste bins. Hot coals may be disposed in orange coal bins. COAL BBQs only. NO OTHER OPEN FLAME OF ANY KIND. This includes propane and wood burning BBQs/heaters/firepits. Propane "mushroom" style heaters are prohibited. Overnight Policy No overnight parking or sleeping in vehicles on any Impark lots. Oversized Vehicles Oversized space is available in the Bus Lot and Pier 30. Lots open day of game at 9 AM on a first come, first serve basis only. Space is sold for parking of one vehicle. Additional space for push outs/awnings, etc it must be purchased at full additional stall rate. Again, there are no ins and outs and the Port of San Francisco prohibits tailgating on Pier 30. Any RVs/Oversized Vehicles found in on Lot A or Bus parking area prior to opening are subject to ticketing and towing. Vehicles must disembark no later than midnight December 27th. Restricted Areas All vehicles must respect restricted parking areas and instructions of event parking staff. Parking in these areas may result in ticketing and towing. How to get to AT&T Park on public transit

In San Francisco
Take the Muni Metro N-Judah or T-Third line directly to the ballpark - the Second and King Muni Metro station is right next to the ballpark. Muni buses 10, 30, 45 and 47 also stop within one block of the ballpark.

From the Peninsula and the South Bay - San Mateo and Santa Clara
Take Caltrain from stations throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo counties directly to the ballpark - the Fourth and King Street Station is one block from the ballpark. Or take BART from Milbrae, SFO, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Colma or Daly City to downtown San Francisco. Then walk or transfer to Muni Metro to the ballpark (transfer from BART to MUNI N-Judah or T-Third Line at Civic Center, Powell, Montgomery or Embarcadero).

From the East Bay - Alameda and Contra Costa
Take BART to Embarcadero or Montgomery Stations and walk or transfer to Muni Metro (N-Judah or T-Third/inbound or specially marked ballpark trains). AC Transit also provides bus service from many East Bay cities to the Transbay Terminal, another short walk to the ballpark.

From Napa and Solano
Take Vallejo BARTLink to El Cerrito del Norte BART, ride BART to the Embarcadero or Montgomery St. stations and walk or take Muni Metro to the ballpark. From Vacaville or Fairfield, take Fairfield-Suisun Transit to the Pleasant Hill BART station and ride BART to the Embarcadero or Montgomery St. stations.

Departing AT&T Park:

Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry will have a late-night trip on Saturday, December 27th departing at 10:00 p.m. from the San Francisco Ferry Terminal to Larkspur to accomodate Emerald Bowl Fans.

 

Transportation Information

How to get to AT&T Park by car

These directions provide the most direct routes to the Giants' parking lots, but other city streets and freeway exits also provide alternate routes that fans are encouraged to use to avoid congestion. Please call 511 for on-time traffic conditions.

From the Peninsula/South Bay
Take 1-280 north (or I-101 north to I-280 north) to the Mariposa Street exit. Turn right on Mariposa Street, then left on Third Street to get to the parking lots.

From the East Bay
Take I-80/Bay Bridge to the Fifth Street exit. Turn right on Fifth Street Turn right on Folsom Street, then right on Fourth Street Get into the left lane and continue on Fourth Street to the parking lots (across Fourth Street Bridge).

From the North Bay
Take I-101 south/Golden Gate Bridge to the Downtown/Lombard Street exit. Turn right on Van Ness Ave., then left on Golden Gate Ave. Turn right on Hyde Street and go straight across Market Street onto Eighth Street Turn left on Bryant Street and right on Fourth Street to the parking lots (across Fourth Street Bridge).
